The Surf Club Resort Montauk, Montauk

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms looked just like the photos, but were a bit shabby with some maintenance issues. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was beautiful, although it could have used more attention from the staff. The dining options were good, but the seasonal products were limited. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The beach-facing rooms were beautiful and spacious, making me feel right at home. However, there was a disappointing issue with cleanliness upon arrival, with a giant hairball on the stairs to my room. The location was simply amazing, exceeding all my expectations with outdoor movie nights and beach bonfires. The service was mostly outstanding, with friendly and welcoming staff, but there was a slight letdown with the lack of information on the planned events. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway with valuable experiences.
